FIDIC advisory for all three roles
We have worked with FIDIC contracts since 2007, under the 1999 and 2017 editions. We advise and support the Employer, the Engineer and the Contractor, because a project only runs smoothly when all three read the same contract the same way. For foreign parties we bring knowledge of Slovenian construction law, permitting and local practice.

Design and build. The typical choice for solar plants, storage and energy systems.

EPC turnkey. When the Employer wants a fixed price, a fixed date and most of the risk transferred.

About us
Who we are
Green Certify d.o.o. is an engineering and consulting company based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, founded in 2018. We work with companies, municipalities and public utilities, and act as the local expert partner for foreign investors, developers and contractors entering the Slovenian market. We combine energy engineering, techno-economic modelling, project management and contract management of construction projects in one service.
The founder has worked with FIDIC contracts since 2007, on the Employer's, the Engineer's and the Contractor's side. We manage projects by the PMI methodology and support investment decisions with our own simulation tools for solar plants, storage and charging infrastructure. We develop heat and cold storage projects. Beyond energy, we have experience in the construction of wastewater treatment plants and sewerage systems.
